Introduction

Hello! I'm Haowei Claire Tong, a junior from Winston-Salem. SEAC was one of the first organizations I joined on campus, and it certainly remains one of my favorites.

Witnessing the growth of environmental awareness at Wake Forest has been awesome. The blue recycling bins, free downtown shuttles and last semester's EarthHour are just a few improvements of recent months. Clearly, however, countless challenges still lie ahead. Cheers to everything green around the corner (and then some): ZipCar, LEED-certified dorms and the Habitat Green builds.
